• אסימוני גישה (Tokens) מאוחסנים במאגר מאובטח במכשיר (Secure Store)

אנו לא משתפים את המידע האישי שלך עם צדדים שלישיים, למעט במקרים הבאים:

• כאשר נדרש על פי חוק או צו שיפוטי

נדרש לצורך שידור הודעות קוליות חיות (Live PA) למכשירי SICO Bell. ההקלטה מתבצעת רק כאשר המשתמש לוחץ על כפתור ההקלטה.

📍 מיקום (אופציונלי)

משמש לזיהוי מכשירי SICO Bell ברשת המקומית. לא אוספים מיקום מדויק.

🔔 התראות

לשליחת עדכונים והתראות על אירועים במערכת (ניתן לכבות בהגדרות).

🔐 אימות ביומטרי (Face ID / Touch ID)

לכניסה מהירה ומאובטחת לאפליקציה (אופציונלי).

זכויות המשתמש

כמשתמש, יש לך את הזכויות הבאות:

• צפייה: לצפות במידע האישי השמור עליך
• עדכון: לעדכן או לתקן מידע שגוי
• מחיקה: לבקש מחיקת החשבון והמידע שלך

שירותים לילדים

האפליקציה מיועדת למשתמשים מגיל 4 ומעלה. אנו לא אוספים במכוון מידע מילדים מתחת לגיל 13 ללא הסכמת הורים.

שינויים במדיניות הפרטיות

אנו שומרים את הזכות לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים משמעותיים יפורסמו באפליקציה ויישלחו למשתמשים בהתראה. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר שינויים מהווה הסכמה למדיניות המעודכנת.

The SICO Bell mobile application ("the App") enables users to manage and control SICO Bell smart bell systems remotely. We are committed to protecting our users' privacy and securing their information.

• Location: General location for connecting to SICO Bell devices on local network (not precise location)
• Audio Recordings: Temporary voice recordings for Live PA broadcasting (not stored after broadcast)

• User authentication and account management
• Connecting to and controlling SICO Bell devices
• Broadcasting live voice messages (Live PA)

• All information is stored on secure Google Cloud Platform servers
• Passwords are encrypted using advanced encryption algorithms
• Communication is encrypted using HTTPS/WSS
• Access tokens are stored in the device's secure store
• Access to information is limited to authorized personnel only

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

App Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

🎤 Microphone

Required for broadcasting live voice messages (Live PA) to SICO Bell devices. Recording occurs only when the user presses the record button.

📍 Location (Optional)

Used to identify SICO Bell devices on the local network. We do not collect precise location.

🔔 Notifications

For sending updates and alerts about system events (can be disabled in settings).

🔐 Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)

For quick and secure app login (optional).

User Rights

As a user, you have the following rights:

• Access: View your stored personal information
• Update: Update or correct incorrect information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Export: Receive a copy of your information
• Object: Object to certain uses of your information
